Delivery Information
Delivery Charges and Delivery Estimates
Postage Packing and Delivery: Bellissimo shipping times are quoted on the basis that the product is in stock. Very occasionally certain items will go temporarily out of stock. We aim to dispatch “in stock” items on the same day after receiving an order.
Orders are processed between Monday and Friday 09:00 – 5.00 GMT, excluding Bank and Public Holidays. Orders placed during a weekend or Bank Holiday after 15.00 GMT will be processed on the next working day. All prices on our site are quoted in UK Pounds Sterling (£).
All Uk orders are sent via Royal Mail 1st Class, post or via courier, and our standard delivery time is 2-3 working days. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for items delayed in the postal system as this is beyond our control. UK destinations include: Northern Ireland and Channel Islands.

Upgrading to Courier Next Working Day Delivery UK
Next working day delivery is offered to you using a courier. A standard charge of £4.99 is charged for the service. This service is available to UK Mainland Customers only. Next working day means that all orders placed on a Friday before 15:00 will be delivered on the following Monday (except Bank Holidays).
Billing Information
To help us process your order we require that you complete your full billing address details during the registration/checkout process matching the exact address and post code details held by your bank. If these details are not correct we will put the order on hold until our verification is completed. (this applies even if the transaction is completed and an order number is sent out to you).
Change of Delivery Address
We will ship to another specified Delivery Address only when we have confirmed that the card holders billing address details are correct and verified. If you wish to change your delivery address after an order as been placed this may incur an additional cost.
International Deliveries
All international deliveries are usual shipped via airmail* to the nominated country and then passed on to the local postal service. Please refer to the Delivery Times Estimator for your region. Parcels may have to pass through local customs which can delay your delivery. Countries outside the EU are subject to additional customs charges which vary considerably and are not included in the cost. These charges must be paid for by the recipient before the package is cleared. Bellissimo cannot refund any customs or import duty paid by the recipient.
*If your order contains aerosols cans, then this will be shipped by surface mail.

Order and delivery Confirmation E-mails
When you order is received, we’ll send you an e-mail confirming your order. Then, when your order is delivered, we’ll send you a delivery confirmation. It will include the following information:
· Items purchased
· Payment information
· Delivery method
· Delivery information
What if my order has not arrived?
If you have received confirmation of shipping but your goods have not arrived, please ensure that you have allowed sufficient time according to the estimated delivery times shown for your area.
Please be advised that the delivery times shown for each area are based on an estimated date of delivery, on rare occasions delivery can take longer that specified*. If your parcel contains aerosol items please be advised that shipping is via surface mail and can take up to 28 working days.
If after this time your goods have still not arrived, in the first instance please check with your local mail delivery office to see that they are not holding your parcel. If they confirm that they do not have your goods, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.
*Bellissimo cannot be held accountable for any delays of parcels in transit, as this is beyond the control of the company.
Returns Information
We always hope that you are pleased with your purchase. However, if you need to return an item for exchange or any other reason, please read the instructions below carefully.
Return Guidelines
We accept returns on the basis that the goods have been unopened, unused and are in a resale able condition. All packaging including cellophane wrapping and seals must be intact. If these seals are broken then the item cannot be resold and will not be accepted by our returns department.
Terms
In the event that goods are being returned because of fault Bellissimo will be responsible for postage costs in replacing goods. In the event that non faulty goods are returned we will make a charge for postage and administration.
How to Return Goods
Email: Send an E-mail, with the Subject BC Return request – 000000 ‘ (Where 000000 is the order number shown on the front of the delivery note). Detail the items you wish to return.
Telephone Call us on 0207 231 7152, please make sure you have the delivery note with you when you call. You will be issued with an GRN number. Complete the form below, detailing what you are returning, ensure you write the GRN number into the form. Pack your parcel with care; if you fail to pack the parcel and your goods arrive damaged (as a result of the return trip) we may not be able to process your return. Send the parcel to us. We recommend you use a carrier that offers both traceability and insurance. You should obtain a receipt for the parcel when you send it GRN No ----------------(Write in the number you have been given)
Please allow 7 day for you parcel to reach us; we will process it within a working day of it arriving. Please read our Cancellation Rights, Returns and Refunds policy prior to sending products back to us.
