Bellissimo is committed to safeguarding your privacy online and as such we do not pass this information on to companies outside our group of companies . We use any information collected about you solely to process orders and to provide a fast and convenient service to you.

What information do we collect and how do we use it?

When you place an order we gather information on your: name, products viewed, registered credit card/ debt card address, delivery address, email address, credit/debit card number, expiry date and issue number (where appropriate). We DO NOT store or keep financial or credit/debit card details.  We also ask for contact number which enables us to contact you if there is a query with your order. For non-UK deliveries we provide your phone number to our couriers for the express purpose of contacting you regarding delivery. All this information is kept confidential.

Controllers of personal information

Bellissimo is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. We will not sell, share, or rent this information to others in different ways from what is discribed in this statement. We may provide aggregate statistics about customers, products, site traffic and related site information to our suppliers and market research companies for the purpose of assessment and analysis but these statistics will include no personality identifying information.

We endeavour to take all reasonable steps to protect your personal information. However, we cannot be held responsible for the security of any data you disclose on-line or for any breach of security unless it is due to our negligence or willful default.

Can I see the records you hold on me?

Yes, you have the legal right to see personal data that we keep on you. Requests must be in writing, with proof of identity. By registering as a user to Bellissimo, you consent to the collection of this information. If you are under 18 years of age, consent from your parent or guardian must be sought before disclosing any information about yourself.

How can I subscribe/Unsubcribe to newsletters and communication emails?

We may from time to time contact you via email, or in the future SMS about new services, special offers, new product releases and changes to our website. If you would prefer not to receive this information you have the opportunity to op-out of these types of communication services.
